KIND ATTENTION - MBA / PGDM Students taking MBA Post Graduate Examination in 2013

 

·       The Government of Karnataka vide its letter No. ED/177 TEC/2012 dated 07-01-2013 has decided that only CMAT scores will be considered for admission in post graduate MBA management programmes in All AICTE approved institutions and Universities from 2013-14 onwards. Only those students who have CMAT scores are eligible for pursuing MBA programmes. CMAT is the only test for admission in MBA programmes in AICTE approved institutions and University Departments in the State. All students pursuing MBA admissions in AICTE approved institutions and State Universities shall have to be registered for CMAT 2013-14. ·       The Admission will be based on better of the two scores announced for the examinations conducted in September-Oct 2012, Februrary 2013 and May 2013. The copy of Goverment Letter dated 04-03-2013 is produced below.

·       The candidates who could not avail two opportunities for appearing in CMAT during the year 2013-14, would be allowed to appear in the CMAT (Additional Test) Scheduled in third week of May, 2013. AICTE has issued detailed notification for registration in news papers. The candidates can make maximum two attempts in CMAT for admission. The copy of AICTE notification is produced below.
